Hi, I'm Lucy. Thank you for visiting me on here!

Healthfully Lucy was dreamt up years ago over a coffee-time brainstorm session while living out in Canada. The dream finally came to fruition in December 2020. Through Healthfully Lucy I offer Nutrition Packages and Cooking Workshops, in person across Shropshire and Aberdeenshire, or online to connect with you wherever you are!

My background is quite colourful...

I began my training with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Sciences, which I followed with a PGCE in Primary Teaching. After a while teaching I moved out to Canada with my partner, Finn, for his career change to a helicopter pilot.

It was out in Canada that I decided that my growing passion for food, eating and health, was something I couldn't ignore. So I decided to re-train as a Nutritionist at a school in Vancouver.

After qualifiying, my first job was in a Lifestyle Medicine Clinic. We used an intergrative approach - doctors, personal trainers, nutritionists and health coaches all working together - to support patients in sustainable lifestyle changes to lead them to better health and wellbeing!

When the time came to move back to the UK I undertook an MSc in Human Nutrition, and became a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN).

This is where we reach the start of Healthfully Lucy!

As I mentioned before, through healthfullylucy I offer a variety of nutrition packages that support individuals with nutrition education, exercise recommendations and coaching sessions to practice habit formation that will allow you to maintain long-term healthy changes to suit you and your life.

Food, exercise and healthy habits can be fun, if we work together to find the right way of making this happen that is personal to you.
