There are a few options available here:
You can book a one-off power hour which is for general nutrition questions where I can provide evidence-based advice and guidance.
For personalised nutrition support, it's necessary to have an initial consultation with at least one feedback session (see Kick Start), here's why:
The initial session is a chance for me to: gather health information; build a picture of your food & exercise; and understand your goals & hopes moving forward.
The feedback session then allows me - having gone away and written a personalised plan - to provide you with suggestions, ideas, and information based on what you have told me.
You can book follow-up sessions if you feel you would like some further support with accountability, and ongoing indepth advice. Many people like this option as I can provide support in developing systems and daily habits to bring about positive & long-term change; we can develop a foundation of nutrition & exercise knowledge; and we can work as a team and adapt how we're doing things and ensure you are moving in the direction you want.

By choosing this package you will have the benefits of continued support and accountability over an extended period of time (4-6 months). We will work together to build a foundation of good nutrition practices, exercise and activity to suit you, but we’ll also spend time tweaking your goals. This will give you the opportunity to buildingsystems in different areas to develop habits.
You will learn to be flexible with your eating, activity and goals depending on what’s happening in your life. This package really gives you the tools to continually adapt to what life throws at you. We’ll have the time to foster a positive relationship with food, health, and wellbeing, whatever that looks like for you!

What is a nutritionist + why might you want one?

You'll work on the nutrition stuff, but also the lifetyle stuff - it's all important!
