Ingredients
2 cup unsalted almonds
1 cup raw coconut flakes
1 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
1/2 cup maple syrup
100g dark chocolate
To make
Oven at 160 °C
Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT dark chocolate
Coat the almonds and coconut in the maple
Scoop mixture into a greaseproof paper lined baking tray / muffin tray / cake tin
Smoosh the mixture down
Bake for 30 minutes
Allow to cool
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan (within another saucepan of water (bain marie style).
Drizzle over the top
Once set and if required chop into bars or pieces
