45-50 minutes // meal prep for 8 servings

Ingredients
Olive oil
3 green apples, grated
2lbs extra lean turkey mince
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt + pepper (approximately 1 tsp of each)
Slice of camembert or brie to top
1 tsp caramelised onion chutney to serve on the bun
Burger bun or lettuce bun of choice
Serve with a side salad
To make
Combine grated apple, turkey, mustard, sage, thyme, garlic powder and S + P into a bowl
Mix thoroughly and form patties (should make appoximately 8
Set 4 aside to freeze
Heat oil in the pan (brush a little on the patties)
Cook in a medium-hot pan until cooked
When cooking the second side, add a slice of brie or camebert
If serving with buns, cut the buns in half and show the inside to the pan with the burgers in
Whether serving with lettuce or bun, add the chutney and top with the burger
Serve with a side salad or baked sweet potato wedges
